Welcome Welcome to the official site of the Capitol Steps Synchronized Skating Teams. We are proud to represent the Skating Club of Northern Virginia, located in Fairfax, Virginia. Our skaters come from all areas of Virginia and Maryland. Our success is contributed to our experienced and dedicated coaches, hard-working talented skaters, and supportive parents! For the 2009-2010 season, the Capitol Steps fielded 4 teams - Exhibition, Juvenile, Open Juvenile and Intermediate. The Capitol Steps practice at the Kettler Capital IcePlex, the home of the Washington Capitals! The rink is located in Ballston Commons, Arlington, Virginia.
